Orders & Products
What kinds of products do you carry? Epic Vault Labs specializes in trading card game products including sealed booster boxes, booster packs, and accessories. We carry Korean language and English language sealed product across multiple TCG sets with new inventory added regularly. We also carry a rotating selection of Pokemon themed accessories and gift items.
Do you offer bulk pricing? Yes. Discounted pricing is available on larger quantity orders. Bulk pricing tiers are displayed directly on each product listing and are applied automatically at checkout. For orders larger than what's listed contact us at info@epicvaultlabs.com for a custom quote.
Can I place a custom or wholesale order? Absolutely. Reach out to us at info@epicvaultlabs.com with your request and we'll put together a custom order for you. Wholesale buyers with a valid reseller certificate may qualify for tax exempt purchasing — contact us to set up a wholesale account.
What does "sealed product" mean? Sealed product means the packaging has never been opened and the contents are factory original. We only sell sealed product so every box and pack is in the same condition it left the manufacturer.
Do you carry Korean language product? Yes. We specialize in Korean language Pokemon TCG sealed product including booster boxes and booster packs. Korean language cards are officially produced by The Pokemon Company and are tournament legal in Korean language events.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
What is a pre-order or backorder item? Some items may be listed as pre-order or backorder when we are actively sourcing inventory but do not have it physically in hand yet. The estimated ship date is noted on each listing. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to the estimated ship date.
Can I cancel a pre-order? Yes. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Contact us at info@epicvaultlabs.com to request a cancellation.
When will my card be charged for a pre-order? Payment is collected at the time of order placement for all pre-orders and backorders.
Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $200.
What carriers do you ship with? We ship via FedEx for most orders. Some lightweight shipments may ship via USPS. All shipments include tracking.
Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States only.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Expedited options are available on orders of up to 3 boxes. For expedited shipping on larger orders contact us directly at info@epicvaultlabs.com.
Returns & Condition
What is your return policy? Because we sell sealed product we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your order contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if my package arrives damaged? Contact us immediately at info@epicvaultlabs.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening anything further. We will work with you to resolve it quickly.
Wholesale & Reseller Accounts
Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes for qualified resellers. Contact us at info@epicvaultlabs.com with your business information and reseller certificate to inquire about setting up a wholesale account.
I have a reseller certificate. How do I get tax exempt purchasing? Contact us at info@epicvaultlabs.com with a copy of your reseller certificate. Once verified we will set up your account for tax exempt purchasing.
