Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high demand periods processing times may be slightly longer — we will communicate any significant delays via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship to all 50 US states. We currently do not ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight/Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $200.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items Some items may be listed as pre-order or backorder. Estimated ship dates are noted on individual product listings. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order within the stated timeframe we will notify you via email and provide the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages Epic Vault Labs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier once they have been accepted for shipment. However we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. If your package arrives visibly damaged please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us at info@epicvaultlabs.com within 7 days of delivery.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Epic Vault Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address contact us immediately at info@epicvaultlabs.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
